I went Christmas shopping today.

I hate traffic.

I HATE MY HEALTH, MY BODY, MY HEAD.

I went to the Sauce Pot for Physical Therapy and massage and acupressure and water aerobics.

Way over-did crunches, because even in the water, 200 total... I was sick to my stomach and angry at myself (which is why I did them... the angry thing).

Bleh, BLEH.
